Beautiful Scotland: Rackwick Cliffs

If you fly into London and drive north over the border into Scotland…and then keep driving until you leave the Lowlands and enter the Highlands…and then keep driving farther north until there’s no further north to go…at which point you get out of your car and find a boat to take you (Or you could find a ferry to bring your car along with you, though I don’t know how much good a car will do you on 70 islands)…and the boat takes you around several smaller islands, then past the Orkney Island mainland and farther north…you will finally get to see this:

Here’s another picture just filled with magic. As it turns out, this is your reward if you allow yourself to get sidetracked from your trip to the famous Glen Coe, and instead you follow little Glen Etive road…a dead-end road to nowhere.

It’s been awhile…

Well, I discovered what all authors discover, and realized some aspects of To Know Who You Are that have major room for improvement. That is what I’ve been working on these past eight months… that and a 1200-mile move (which understandably took from my writing time).

You will hopefully be pleased to note that my book will be stronger for the re-write, and future books will be stronger as well.

I am also working on a re-telling of Sleeping Beauty. This has always been my favorite fairy tale, but I’ve never yet found a book version that fleshes out the romance that way my imagination paints it! Hence, my version of it. *smiles*

Thank you to all of you who have expressed interest in my stories so far. Some of you have said that you’re having trouble signing up for the mailing list. I apologize for that. I haven’t been able to duplicate the problem, so I don’t know if they’re random problems or not. But to anyone who is reading this and who hasn’t been able to sign up, just send me an note and I’ll manually add you to the list.

Jason’s story is finished!

I thought I’d finished it a month or two ago, but I recently did a major scene re-write, so now I think I can safely say that it is finished. Of course, it will go through more edits once I find a publisher and their editor gets ahold of it…

But in the meantime, here is my own blurb for it:
